This cottage is an authentic 18th century Ardeche house. It is located near a picturesque hamlet of CHASSIERS, a characterful village in the natural parc of the monts d’ Ardeche and in South-Ardeche. The Ardeche river is only 15 min away.

Facing south, in absolute calm, you can enjoy several terraces all to yourself in a large garden, including a ventilated covered terrace and a large swimming pool. The landscape opens onto a wide panorama extending as far as Mont Ventoux and the Alps. The property is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and chestnut forests with numerous hiking trails and typical habitats.
