The garden around the cottage is composed of a multitude of terrace (faysses) where everyone will find a place of rest (deck chairs,hammock, … ) or games (ping-pong, swing). Closed to the cottage, there are some times sheep or donkeys that will delight children.

The land of 1600m² is planted with many Mediterranean species. Depending on the time of year, you can pick, cherries, william pear, plums, queen claude, grapes. There are also olive trees and a fig tree.

The property does not have electric vehicle charging points. The nearest charging stations are:  50kW chargers available at the LECLERC supermarket near AUBENAS (16km), several 22kW chargers in LARGENTIERE (next to the Carrefour store – 7km), VINEZAC (10km), AILHON (12km) and LACHAPELLE-SOUS_AUBENAS (12km).
